Welcome! This documentation will help you install and use our WordPress Website Templates and Email Marketing Templates easily.

Please follow the instructions carefully to avoid installation issues.

WordPress Website Template Documentation

Our WordPress website templates are provided as full website demo packages using the All-in-One WP Migration and Backup plugin.

What You Will Receive

After purchase, you will receive a ZIP file that contains:

• Documentation Folder (Installation & usage guide)

• .wpress file (Main website demo file)

• Assets Folder (Images, icons, or extras – if included)

Requirements Before Installation

• A working WordPress website

• Administrator access to WordPress dashboard

• All-in-One WP Migration and Backup plugin installed

How to Install WordPress Template

Step 1: Unzip the File

• Download the ZIP file

• Extract/unzip it on your computer

• Locate the .wpress file

Step 2: Install Required Plugin

1. Login to your WordPress Admin Panel

2. Go to Plugins → Add New

3. Search for All-in-One WP Migration and Backup

4. Install & Activate the plugin

Step 3: Import the Template

1. Go to All-in-One WP Migration → Import

2. Click Import From → File

3. Select the .wpress file

4. Wait for the upload to complete

5. Click Proceed when prompted

6. After import, click Finish

Step 4: Re-login

• Your website demo is now installed

• Log in again using the credentials mentioned in the documentation

Important Notes

• Importing the .wpress file will overwrite existing site data

• We recommend installing on a fresh WordPress setup

• Hosting upload limits may apply (contact your hosting provider if needed)

Email Marketing Template Documentation

Our email templates are compatible with most popular email marketing platforms.

What You Will Receive

After purchase, you will receive a ZIP file that contains:

• Documentation & Installation Guide

• HTML Email Templates

• Image Assets (if applicable)

How to Use Email Templates

Step 1: Unzip the File

• Download the ZIP file

• Extract/unzip it

• Open the documentation file for platform-specific steps

Step 2: Choose Your Email Platform

You can use our templates with platforms like:

• Mailchimp

• Brevo (Sendinblue)

• HubSpot

• Moosend

• Klaviyo

• ActiveCampaign

• Campaign Monitor

• Zoho Campaigns

• Custom SMTP / HTML upload tools

Merge Tags (Personalization)

To personalize emails, you must add merge tags based on your email platform.

Below are common merge tags for popular platforms:

Mailchimp

Brevo (Sendinblue)

HubSpot

ActiveCampaign

Klaviyo

Campaign Monitor

Replace merge tags according to your platform before sending the email.

Customization Tips

• Edit text using any HTML editor or platform editor

• Replace images with your own brand assets

• Update colors, fonts, and links as needed

• Always send a test email before final delivery

Important Notes for Email Templates

• Merge tags must match your email platform

• Images should be hosted or uploaded correctly

• We are not responsible for platform-specific rendering issues

• Basic HTML knowledge is recommended
